Responsive Leadership Module 1: Personal Optimisation

This module is a prerequisite when qualifying to become a Hardwires coach. It is important that you are familiar with the fundamental understanding of what it means to be a response-able leader.

Week 1:  Introduction and orientation group Skype call

This first coaching session will be a 75 minute skype call, forming the course orientation and an introduction on how to effectively handle anxiety and engage fully on your personal journey of self-development and optimisation.

Weeks 2-6: Audio recording by Vivienne

Consciousness of Primary Hardwires and their multiplier effect, leading to development of secondary and tertiary HARDWIRES and the interlinked case and effect. The following 5 weekly sessions will be in the form of a training audio, with practical implementation, reflection and journaling exercises, to be submitted weekly.

Week 4: Question and Answer Skype session

THE 5 PHASES OF BECOMING A HARDWIRES™ COACH

PHASE 1

Own Hardwires assessment and coaching call completed.

PHASE 2

  • Attend RL Module 1
  • Complete scenario questionnaire of three most prevalent Hardwires
  • Link with accountability buddy
  • Attend RL Module 4

PHASE 3

Post RL Module 1:

  • 6 week period
  • 1 x skype introductory call and 5 x weekly audio
  • Prescribed work to be completed and submitted weekly

PHASE 4

  • Mock coaching calls
  • Feedback and verification by selection team

PHASE 5

  • 6 Induction coaching calls
    10 Value Exchange coaching calls

Level 1 Interpreter coach is the first step to becoming a fully-fledged provocateur ( level 2), enabling you to engage with clients on their re-volition journey – their journey to optimum human, provoking them to break free of the pattern of darkness and bringing  them into the light and releasing  those blockers on the road to restitution and redemption and the freedom to develop eagle’s wings.

PS: This is compulsory for all managers and executives within Organisations in the process of becoming a HOOS  ( Human Optimisation Operating system)

 As HARDWIRES will frequently be the first yummy point of entry into A2B, we are looking to select optimum humans who will be able to provide a CIC (cracking into consciousness) coaching experience for every client- irrespective of age, education or employment level .

STEPS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Complete your Hardwires Assessment & Coaching Session
  • Be More Zo (Zoom-out) Orientated (see the bigger picture)
  • No Limiting Beliefs (LIB), Old-mindedness (OLM), Heartlessness (HEA), Narcissism (NARC), Vengeance (VEN)
  • Responsive Leadership (RL) course participation
    – currently enrolled, or booked for Responsive Leadership Modules 1 & 4
  • Embrace core values of trust, truth, integrity & confidentiality

TRAINING

  • Attendance of all training sessions with master trainer
  • Completion of assignments and practical applications prior to next training session
  • Confidentiality agreement and contract signed
  • Independent panel selection verification

RENUMERATION

  • On completion of 6 induction and 10 VEB (Value Exchange Bank) sessions, R110,00 (20% of Hardwires fee ) will be paid per Hardwires (30 minute) coaching session. This will be paid out every second month.
  • As experience is gained, remuneration increases to R150,00 per session

SCOPE

  • 30 minute coaching session booked and initiated by client
  • In depth consciousness of primary Hardwires and interlinked secondary and tertiary hardwires for successful tcp of conceptualisation application
  • CIC (Cracking into Consciousness) professional experience for the client, initially following the coaching guidelines as per A2B coaching manual, core values and culture
  • Further deal- clincher discount voucher offer and written review from client requested
  • Post session written review and reflection and client scored on A2B CIC (Cracking into Consciousness) 5 point rating scale
  • Coaching log completion for remuneration purposes
